The vintage postcards, geometric designs, and thread colors are very beautiful! And the making of the cards is captivating, once you have everything in place. And therein lies the challenge of this set...the practicality of actually making the cards.
I purchased this set while traveling, looking forward to a little creative project while vacationing, but found that was not possible. You need to buy a glue stick to make the cards. Also, you need envelopes because they cannot through the mail with the thread on them. And the needle eye was too narrow to take the embroidery floss - I had to split it and still needed to get a needle threader to get it through the eye. So, I would suggest that in future versions, they include envelopes, a needle threader, maybe a needle with a larger eye, and the suggestion to carefully split the embroidery floss.
