RETURN POLICY
New and unused Items may be returned within 14 days of shipment date only upon approval via email. inquire about return requests at: info@bobodesignstudio.com
Nibs are non-refundable.
Please note that all returns sent without pre-approval will not be refunded.
Items that are used upon receiving may not be returned for a full refund and be subject to a restocking or sampling fee.

When do items ship?
Items in stock will ship within two to four days of purchase. 90% of the time, it is within 2 days.
Does Priority Shipping mean my order will ship faster?
Yes and no. Yes in that USPS will deliver within 1-3 days of it being scanned, as where Ground Advantage can be 5-12 business days. No, in that it does not push your order up our queue and process faster. We are a small business with one gal doing fulfillment for all our orders and wholesale. We ship packages in the order which they are received. And typically, we ship items within 2-4 days of purchase, depending on the volume of orders, with 90% of them going out within 2 business days.
Once an item is picked up by UPS or USPS, we are not in control of any delays to your shipment, nor can we offer refunds for items that are delayed once the package has been scanned by the shipping provider.
Do you ship internationally?

What if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for items once an item is marked as delivered, and won't be able to reship any goods marked as delivered. This includes theft. We recommend purchasing Route with your checkout as an added insurance. Unauthorized Amazon Orders Policy
Notice Regarding Amazon-Facilitated Orders
Our products are not sold on Amazon, and we have not authorized Amazon to list, advertise, or facilitate the sale of our products on its platform.
Amazon is currently testing a program that displays products from independent brand websites and places orders on behalf of customers without the brand’s participation or consent. We did not opt into this program and do not control Amazon’s listings, pricing, images, checkout process, or order handling.
Orders Placed via Amazon
We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears to have been placed through Amazon or an Amazon-affiliated service. Orders originating from Amazon may contain incorrect pricing, product selections, or customer information, which can result in fulfillment issues outside of our control.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for orders placed via Amazon or Amazon-affiliated services. Any issues related to these orders, including pricing discrepancies, incorrect items, or delivery concerns, must be addressed directly with Amazon Customer Service.
Why Are We doing this?
Amazon, without our consent, has scraped our site and put our products on their app without our permission.This policy exists to protect the accuracy of our inventory, pricing, and customer experience. Unauthorized third-party listings may misrepresent our products and create order discrepancies that we are unable to resolve.
How to Purchase
For accurate product information, pricing, and customer support, purchases should be made directly through our website.
If an order was placed through Amazon and assistance is needed, customers must contact Amazon Customer Service, as Amazon is responsible for the transaction.
